What online brokerage will allow me to buy NYSE or Nasdaq listed stocks on a foreign exchange such as London? - nyse nasdaq
or sold in Japan and use the next day on the NYSE and Nasdaq, with the intention of the free market before or after the market close to Win Spas?

Interactive Brokers, you can trade foreign exhange. But I do not think you can buy shares in a foreign market and sell a U.S. stock exchange. The foreign stocks and the U.S., even in the same company have different tickers. You could probably also to an arbitration exchange buying and selling in another, but the sales figures would destroy their profits. Brokerages in principle that those who are settling into full-time, as you describe it, and prevent serious price differences.
I believe Interactive Brokers could, but you should certainly check with them. They allow the trading on several European markets such as London.
